Community engagement

Creating positive change in the communities around us

Wherever we operate, we are part of the local community. That is why we want our contribution to go beyond the services we provide and help improve the lives of the people who live and work there.

Across Bnode, we support initiatives that promote inclusion, well-being and a more sustainable future. Our employees contribute their time, skills and expertise. We provide financial support through donations, funds and sponsorships. And we work with non-profit, public and social organizations to address real needs within local communities.

Where we focus our efforts

Talent development, education and inclusion

We help people build brighter futures by improving access to education, skills development and employment, with particular attention to vulnerable groups.

Ecological transition and sustainable logistics

We support communities and local partners in the transition towards more sustainable, circular and low-carbon practices.

Health, safety and well-being

We help create safe, healthy and inclusive environments, with particular attention to people in vulnerable situations.

One shared approach, rooted in local action

Many of our community initiatives started locally, driven by the commitment of our teams and their understanding of the communities around them.

Our community engagement strategy brings these efforts together under one shared approach. It helps us focus our resources where they can make the greatest difference, strengthen collaboration across Bnode and measure the impact we create.

Local commitment remains at the heart of what we do, supported by a common ambition: to create lasting, positive change in the communities around us.

Sustainable development goals

The goals set by the United Nations show us how to proceed to create a better, more sustainable future for all by 2030. These goals address the global challenges and are intertwined with the ESG strategy for Bnode.
