Rebranding to bring more clarity to our stakeholders. bnode comprises 3 distinctive business units: bpost, Landmark Global and Paxon. In 2026 the next phase of the rebranding will follow, so that only these brands remain.
Staci Acquisition
Bpostgroup acquires Staci to reinforce its position as a regional leader in parcelized logistics in Europe and cross-border services on an international level.
Active Ants Acquisition
Bpostgroup acquires a majority stake in Active Ants, a Dutch e-fulfillment company. This acquisition was a strategic move for Bpost to expand its e-commerce and logistics services in Europe. Today Bnode is 100% shareholder.
Radial acquisition
With the acquisition of US company Radial, bpostgroup takes a big step in its transformation into a global e-commerce logistics provider.
New parcel sorting center
One of the biggest of its kind in Europe, a new-build sorting center opens close to Brussels, enabling bpost to ramp up its parcel sorting capacity.

bpost SA offers its stock on the Brussels exchange for the first time.
Mail market liberalization
Following the gradual ending of the mail monopoly, the Belgian mail market is fully liberalized in 2011. As a result, subject to some conditions, anyone is now able to offer mail services in Belgium.
De Post-La Poste becomes bpost
Since our formation our name has changed several times. Now we present ourselves to the world as bpost.
New sorting centers
The opening of four new-build sorting centers in Antwerp, Charleroi, Ghent and Liege enable us to continue the automation and transformation of our operational network in Belgium.
Privatisation
The autonomous public company La Poste becomes a public limited company under public law. A necessary step towards privatisation and a more market-driven way of operating.
New name
In 2002, La Poste officially changes its name to De Post – La Poste – Die Post.
