bnode, an organization in transition

bpost remains the stock listed company name, even when the financial figures entail the activities of the 3 bnode business units: bpost, paxon and Landmark Global.

Why bnode?

From mail to momentum

The group is going through a major transformation from a traditional and Belgian post operator, that started investing already some years ago in e-commerce activities, into an expert in high-value flexible parcel size logistics services active in Western Europe, North America and Asia.

bnode aims at being a responsible company, delivering sustainable returns to its shareholders. In order to tackle the important challenges across our businesses (mail decline, insourcing by large e-tailers, global trade evolution,…) bnode has launched the #Reshape29 strategy in 2025 and is implementing it since.

why bnode

Repositioning on growth opportunities

Throughout the group, we are acting upon opportunities that exists in the markets we are active in:

  • For bpost, the continued growth in the e-commerce space offers opportunities; especially given the relatively low e-commerce adoption in Belgium so far.
  • Thanks to the complementary activities of bpost, paxon and Landmark Global, bnode is well positioned to address clients’ growing needs for omnichannel solutions, offering them a complete solution for their logistical needs.
  • Our focus on mid-sized companies, especially across paxon and Landmark Global, enables us to become more resilient and improve margins
  • The delivery experience is increasingly a differentiating factor in the client experience retailers offer. By offering the best quality and service in our markets, we are optimally positioned to further gain market share.

Financial goals of #Reshape2029

#Reshape2029 is a transformation strategy with return to profitable growth creating shareholder value.

  • The bnode top-line growth is driven by logistics and cross-border expansion - with group total operating income expected to exceed € 5.0 billion - supporting progressive EBIT recovery, with momentum expected to build from 2026 onward and leading to above € 275 million in 2027.
  • The EBIT contribution profile is shifting from legacy businesses to logistics, with paxon emerging as the main growth driver post-transformation, the Landmark Global cross border business remaining solid , and bpost gradually repositioned.
  • We aim for a progressive and sustainable dividend policy, with a pay-out ratio of 30-50% of IFRS net profit, with a clear focus on long-term value creation.
  • We are committed to maintain our investment-grade credit rating, with a clear deleveraging plan in place following the Staci acquisition, targeting a reduction of the leverage ratio to below 2.5x by 2027.
