Making mental health support easier to access

Base Logistics partnered with Mental Move, a platform focused on preventive mental health support, to give employees faster and more direct access to professional counseling.

Through the platform, employees can book consultations as part of a subscription-based service. A number of sessions are included, while additional consultations remain available at reduced rates.

Managers also help raise awareness of the service and can guide employees toward the platform when support may be helpful.

Compared with traditional care pathways, Mental Move significantly shortens waiting times. Employees can typically access support within one week, instead of waiting several weeks.
