Helping new employees connect from day one

In late 2025, Landmark Global Eurasia introduced newcomer sessions for recently hired employees, held both in person and online.

The sessions give new colleagues an opportunity to meet one another, build connections across the organization, and share insights from their previous experience. Their fresh perspective also helps identify opportunities to improve the way teams work. 

At Bpost, monthly Welcome Days and Welcome Coffees support the same goal. These recurring moments help new employees get to know the organization, connect with colleagues, and feel engaged from the start. 

Together, these initiatives create a more welcoming onboarding experience and help new employees find their place more quickly.
