Bpost Impact Fund: helping more people participate in a digital society

Supporting digital inclusion

More and more essential services, information and everyday interactions are moving online. For people with limited access or digital skills, that can create new barriers.

That is why the Bpost Impact Fund focused in 2025 on digital inclusion. It supports organizations that help people:

  • access digital tools and services;
  • develop practical digital skills;
  • receive personal training and guidance;
  • use digital services with greater confidence and autonomy.

The 2025 laureates

Four organizations were selected through the 2025 call for projects following an independent selection process.

From helping jobseekers use AI responsibly to building digital confidence among women and young adults, their projects show how practical skills, access to technology and personal support can open up new opportunities.

The 2025 laureates are Backstage.Network, Duo for a Job, Interface 3 and WaW Make it Work. They were recognized at an internal event in March 2026, which also marked the launch of new volunteering opportunities for Bpost employees.

Backstage.Network - Co-learning for job

Backstage.Network helps long-term unemployed people strengthen the digital skills they need in today’s job market, including how to use generative AI responsibly during their job search.

Duo for a Job – using AI to find a job more effectively

Duo for a Job helps mentors and young people facing barriers to employment use AI tools safely and effectively, improving their job search while reducing digital vulnerability.

Interface 3 – Inclusion Digit’elles

Through tailored training modules, Interface 3 helps women facing barriers to employment develop digital, technological and soft skills that strengthen their employability and confidence.

WaW Make it Work – Digital inclusion as a pathway to employment

WaW Make it Work uses digital inclusion as a pathway to employment, helping young adults in the justice system build essential digital skills for everyday life and their job search.

From literacy to digital inclusion

The Fund was created in 1998 to help combat illiteracy in Belgium. Between 1998 and 2016, it financed more than 240 projects, initially supporting adult literacy and later focusing on preventive initiatives for families.

After a strategic pause, the Fund was relaunched in 2023 as the Bpost Impact Fund, with a broader focus on social inclusion.

In 2025, its mission was renewed around one of today’s most pressing challenges: ensuring that more people can participate confidently and independently in a digital society.
