Moving together for a good cause

What started as an employee’s wellness idea in North America grew into a global initiative across Landmark Global.

In 2025, the ESG and HR teams launched the Move the World Challenge to bring colleagues together through movement. For five weeks, employees could walk, run or cycle their way towards 5 shared milestones.

Each milestone unlocked a donation to a local Special Olympics organization, turning every kilometer into support for a good cause.

By encouraging employees to get moving together, the challenge supported physical wellbeing, strengthened connections across teams and contributed to more inclusive local communities.
