Building stronger teams through sports
In April, employees across Base Logistics came together for 2 sporting events that combined physical activity, teamwork, and fun.
More than 50 colleagues joined Bnode’s first padel tournament in Waalwijk, the Netherlands. The employee-led event gave teams an opportunity to get active, connect outside the workplace, and strengthen relationships across the organization.
Soon afterward, around 20 employees from HealthLink Europe & International, Special Logistic Services, and Base Logistics took part in the NN Marathon Rotterdam. Despite challenging conditions, they completed the event with strong support from their teammates.
